Just wanted to remind all,
 
You need to realize that you are all ambassadors for CONG and that we are multinational and have a reputation for being fair, honest and friendly. EVERY member has to hold up this tradition. We don't threaten, kik etc. (very rarely) unless we have a very good reason and have talked to the player several times and attempted to teach them the right way to play. We reserve the right to kik people from our servers for ADMIN only.  
 
and I just want to say that it's not easy to start up a server and get people using it. Running it for your own needs does not get people to play on it. We do pay for each slot on the server and if we chase everyone off there will be no point in paying for it or running it.
 
Also, we don't flame and swear at people because this goes against all of the above. What we say on vent vs. what is typed on the server and sent out to the public are two very different things. We know eachother on ventrilo so sometimes (and only sometimes) it is ok to swear at eachother in a friendly joking way (if you know who you are talking to and that they will take it the right way).
 
So please, keep all of this in mind and be a good face for CONG (and your country) ...(as I know you all are!)
